Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") informs the public of the following: according to point 4.8. of the Document for the offered securities dated 03-12-2007 for a bond issue with ISIN code BG2100019079, the Company is able to pay any amounts related to that bond issue due on 14 November 2012.

Regarding an interest payment for EUR 86 564 and principle amortization payment for EUR 125 000 accrued on the bond issue described above that was due, the Company has made a payment to bondholders of record as of 09 November 2012 through the “Central Depository" AD - the institution through which all amortization and interest payments related to the Company\'s corporate bond issue are made.
